CTOnews.com, May 3, Microsoft's annual Xbox Games Show (Xbox Games Showcase) will be held at 10:00 Pacific time on June 11, with Microsoft promising "new surprises and first showcases" from first-party studios and partners, which will be broadcast live on Microsoft's YouTube, Twitch and Facebook channels.

CTOnews.com noted that after the Xbox game launch, there will be a face-to-face meeting with Star, a sci-fi role-playing game owned by Society B. The face-to-face session will provide "new ways of playing, developer interviews and behind-the-scenes information" about the game, which is expected to be released on September 6.

This year's Xbox game launch will focus on games on Xbox, PC and Game Pass, but Microsoft did not disclose any games other than Star. Xbox Game Studios has announced a series of games, including "extreme Speed" by Turn 10 Studios (scheduled for release this year), The Initiative's "perfect Darkness", Ninja Theory's "Hell Blade 2: Sena's Epic", Playground Games's "Ghost Fables", Rare's "Everwild" and Obsidian Entertainment's "Avowed" and "Extraterrestrial 2". The Xbox game launch was originally the opening event of this year's E3 2023 online event, but E3 was cancelled in April.
