The Hainan commercial space launch site project started on July 6, 2022, and plans to complete the construction of hardware facilities at the launch site by the end of 2023. In order to achieve the first launch of the rocket in June 2024, the project will be planned, designed, and prepared in advance, in strict accordance with construction standards, inverted construction period, and wallchart operations. At present, the construction progress is ahead of schedule.

The Hainan commercial space launch site has also realized the localization of the system and equipment, and realized the independent control of technology.
