CTOnews.com May 1 news, SUNING released the 2022 annual report, the annual GMV size of 111.3 billion yuan, achieving operating income of 71.374 billion yuan, down 48.62% from the same period last year. Taking into account the provision for impairment, investment loss, deferred income tax return and the decrease in the rebate settlement rate due to the decline in the scale of sales, the purchase cost increases, and the total net loss attributable to the shareholders of the listed company is increased by 12.464 billion yuan. Excluding the influence of the above factors, the company realized a net profit of 3.756 billion yuan in 2022, compared with the net profit loss of 8.563 billion yuan in 2021, which did not take into account the aforementioned effects. Reduce the loss by 4.807 billion yuan.

CTOnews.com learned from the annual report that SUNING operated 969 home appliance 3C stores in the first and second tier market storefront channels in 2022, and maintained the growth rate of franchise stores in the fourth and sixth tier retail cloud channels, with a net opening of 769 stores in the whole year. The sales of Maoning platform increased by 12.89% in 2022 compared with the same period last year. In the fourth quarter, retail sales accounted for nearly 20%, and operating expenses fell by 37.92% compared with the same period last year.

During the reporting period, SUNING retail cloud opened 1887 new stores in the whole year, of which the retail cloud home new track developed rapidly, with 599 new stores opened in the whole year. As of December 31, 2022, there are 9947 retail cloud franchise stores.

During the reporting period, the company realized merchandise sales revenue of 63.108 billion yuan, down 50.70% from the same period last year, and service and other income of 2.403 billion yuan, down 41.22% from the same period last year.
