Produced by Sony Television and PlayStation Production, the film is inspired by Deadpool and Zombie Land writing partners Rhett Reese&Paul Wernick, with Michael Jonathan Smith (Cobra) as writer and executive producer, McKay as executive producer, and Kitao Sakurai (Spoof Road and Aardvark) directing several episodes. Anthony McKay, Stephanie Beatrice ("Detective Annoyed") star, Will Arnett as the voice of the villain Sweet Tooth.

Set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, McKay plays John Doe, a milkman with no memory of the past, articulate and fast. At one point he gets a chance to live a better life--delivering a mysterious package to the post-apocalyptic wasteland. Along the way, he develops a hostile relationship with the fierce, belligerent car thief Quiet (Beatrice), and the two face threats along the way: savage predators and deranged clowns driving ice cream trucks (Arnett).
