Since its launch in 1998, 266 people from 20 countries have visited the International Space Station and conducted experiments across a number of research disciplines. including earth and space science, biology, human physiology, physical science and technological demonstrations that cannot be done on Earth.

For some time last year, the industry debated whether Russia would withdraw from the International Space Station after the director of the Russian Space Agency hinted that it would withdraw from the International Space Station project in 2024. However, the Russian Space Agency later informed NASA that it would not withdraw from the project until at least 2028.

As previously reported by CTOnews.com, the Russian rail station will be completed in two steps between 2028 and 2032, and its draft design will be completed in the summer of 2023. The first phase of Russian rail station ROSS includes four basic modules, and the second stage includes three modules, including target and production modules and service platform.

It is worth mentioning that the orbital inclination of ROSS is as high as 9698 °, that is, it almost revolves around the north and south poles. The orbital inclination of the International Space Station is 51.6 °and that of the Chinese Space Station is 42 °.
