By the end of 2022, Jingdong Logistics has applied for nearly 9000 patents accumulatively, successfully won the bid for the innovative application demonstration project of Beidou integration project in Beijing City-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Beidou + unmanned distribution application, and has invested more than 700 unmanned vehicles in 30 cities nationwide. In 2022, the delivery volume of intelligent express vehicles increased by 300% year-on-year in 24 hours.

According to the report, Jingdong Logistics has 390,000 employees, and the salary and welfare expenditure of front-line employees reaches 44.6 billion yuan, accounting for 32.5% of the total revenue. Over the past three years, Jingdong Logistics has spent 106.5 billion yuan on salary and welfare for front-line employees. Jingdong Logistics has nearly 4000 training courses for talent development, and has received nearly one thousand trainings at different levels through various forms such as online and offline.

Jingdong Logistics formally established ESG Management Committee in November 2022 to improve ESG management level and improve ESG inspection and supervision mechanism.
