Beijing (up 1.1 per cent), Shanghai (up 13.5 per cent), Zhejiang (up 2.7 per cent), Guangdong (down 7.9 per cent) and Tianjin (up 15.8 per cent), which ranked among the top five in cumulative Internet business revenue, totaled 265.1 billion yuan, up 4.2 per cent from a year earlier and accounting for 87.8 per cent of the country. There are 17 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with positive growth in Internet business across the country, including Heilongjiang and Xizang, with a growth rate of more than 40%, and a decline of more than 50% in Liaoning, Yunnan, Hebei and Xinjiang.
