It is reported that the Google Tensor G3 chip is based on Samsung's unreleased Exynos 2300 chip, but the graphics are different: Exynos 2300 uses a custom solution in cooperation with AMD, while the Tensor G3 uses ARM's Mali GPU core.

Unfortunately, the Google Tensor G3 chip is still based on Samsung's 4LPP process, rather than the 4LPP+ process for producing Exynos 2400.
