CTOnews.com, April 28, according to Interface News, American ride-hailing company Lyft recently announced that Kristin Sverchek will succeed John Zimmer as president from July 1, while John Zimmer will transition to a non-employee consultant and director role.

According to the news, Kristin Sverchek will report to CEO David Risher and lead the company's personnel, policy, legal, business development, strategic cooperation and real estate team. In addition, the company announced a reduction in the company's management hierarchy from eight to five, with the aim of narrowing the gap between leaders and teams.
