The logo is jointly issued by Tele Terminal Laboratory, TAF (Telecommunications Terminal Industry Association) and Tele Certification Center. From April 20,2023, in addition to obtaining certification certificates for products that have passed juvenile protection certification, enterprises can affix "certification marks" on product packaging or products.

The overall shape of the certification mark is a hexagonal shield, implying the protection of children and adolescents, according to the Terre terminal laboratory. Three-dimensional outline is an open space, meaning to indulge in the network of children and adolescents completely liberated, but also a free and healthy sky for them. The inner ring of the certification mark is linked by light-colored terminal elements, including screen, earphone, mobile phone, mouse, handle and network, representing terminal elements closely related to the physical and mental health of children and adolescents. At the center is a dancing child whose cheerful gestures convey a positive, sunny state of mind after internet addiction.

The Thiel Certification Center designed a new certificate template simultaneously. From now on, all newly applied and certified products, including but not limited to Mobile device, tablet computer, learning machine, telephone watch, etc., can use the new certification mark, and all certified organizations can replace the new certification certificate free of charge.
