Smartphone sales in China fell 5% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2023, the lowest since 2014.

Due to the reduced impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, sales increased by 10 per cent in the first quarter compared with the previous quarter.

Apple's iPhone accounted for 19.9% of the quarter, the highest share since 2014, and sales reached the highest level since 2015.
