According to the report, Huawei and the Rail Transit Engineering Center of Beijing Jiaotong University jointly completed the test of the urban rail service carrying capacity of the Wi-Fi 6 communication system in the 350km / h high-speed mobile scene. The test results show that the bandwidth of the train reaches 980Mbps under 350km / h, which fully reflects Huawei's leading position in the field of Wi-Fi 6 of urban rail vehicles.

According to the report, in order to verify the availability of Huawei metro-ground Wi-Fi 6 network in high-speed mobile scenarios, the Rail Transit Engineering Center of Beijing Jiaotong University adopts Huawei AirEngine X760R-XXE trackside AP and AirEngine 6760-51EI on-board AP products at 120km / h, 160km / h, 200km / h, 260km / h and 350km / h, respectively. The carrying capacity of Huawei urban rail Wi-Fi 6 network to train passenger information system (PIS) and video service is tested.

Increasing the Speed of Urban Rail and stepping into the era of "fully automatic Operation"

Fast handover: based on the exclusive patent 5-fold handover optimization algorithm, MBB soft handoff technology realizes zero packet loss channel switching under high-speed operation, and the handover delay is less than 3ms, ensuring uninterrupted urban rail service.

Easy deployment: trackside AP adopts integrated chassis portable installation, integrated trackside AP, antenna feeder, power supply module, outdoor protection and other functions, reducing installation cycle by 67% and improving delivery efficiency.

Huawei has a deep accumulation in the field of enterprise Wi-Fi and is a major contributor to Wi-Fi 4 to Wi-Fi 7 protocol standards. In 2022, Huawei won the WBA "Best Enterprise Wi-Fi Network" award for its "all-wireless vehicle-to-ground communication solution".
