CTOnews.com, April 27 (Xinhua) South Korean President Yoon Sik-Yue met with Tesla CEO Elon Musk in Washington on Wednesday to call for investment in his country, Yonhap news agency reported.

It is reported that the two sides discussed investment opportunities. Yoon Xiyue wants Musk to invest in South Korea and says South Korea can provide the highest efficiency in running super factories. Yoon Xiyue also told Musk that he hoped to strengthen cooperation between SpaceX and South Korea's aerospace industry. Yin Xiyue also offered to provide support, including tax incentives.

When the two men met, Yin Xiyue was in the United States for a six-day state visit.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Yin Xiyue made a video call with Musk in November, offered "tailor-made" incentives and vowed to minimize any risk posed by radical unions to encourage Tesla's investment.
