On this basis, Shanghai will focus on the six key tasks of new data center computing power layout optimization, network promotion, enabling application, industrial innovation, green low carbon, and security protection. explore the formation of a new data center monitoring and evaluation system guided by low-carbon intelligence, and form a number of typical cases of new data centers that can be used for reference, replicated and popularized. Strive to build a new data center computing ecological system with underlying chips, technological innovation, application empowerment and industrial chain coordination, so as to form a computing service development pattern suited to the development mode of the city's digital economy and coordinated development in the Yangtze River Delta region, and build a high-level computing hub center with Asia-Pacific and even global influence.

Shanghai Communications Administration revealed that in the six months since the implementation of the "Computing Pujiang" action plan, Shanghai has initially formed a development pattern of "one platform and five centers". Relying on the new Internet exchange center to build the country's first multi-cloud interconnection and arithmetic trading platform to meet the arithmetic scheduling and trading needs of the intelligent computing center. Shanghai Super Computing Center (Shanghai artificial Intelligence Public Computing Service platform), Tencent Yangtze River Delta artificial Intelligence Advanced Computing Center, Aliyun East China Intelligent Computing Center, Shangtang Science and Technology artificial Intelligence Computing Center, Shanghai Youfu Lingang Cloud Computing data Center and other five major intelligent computing centers have been gradually put into production.
