CTOnews.com, April 26, according to foreign technology media NeoWin, Microsoft is about to introduce a new feature in its e-mail application Outlook, which will automatically top some emails that need to be answered.

It is reported that sometimes Outlook receives a lot of emails and may forget to reply to a user for a while. The new feature automatically detects which emails require a reply from the recipient and then gives priority to the inbox.

CTOnews.com Note: Microsoft doesn't know how to identify which emails need to be answered in the Microsoft 365 roadmap. This looks like an enhanced version of the existing message reminder for the web version of Outlook. After the user enables the message reminder, it will remind the user to reply to an important email that takes more than 3 days.
