Gan Lin said: for platforms that are poorly managed and have frequent problems, we urge them to rectify and implement them by means of interviews and orders to correct them; anchors and businesses that obviously violate laws and regulations or damage the rights and interests of consumers will be severely punished in accordance with the law, and will be included in the credit blacklist according to the degree of infringement to enhance the effectiveness and deterrence of supervision.

This morning, the Office of the leading Group for the Coordination and Promotion of the Construction of a National quality Power released the Annual report on China's fight against infringement and counterfeiting (2022) (hereinafter referred to as "the report").

The report analyzes the international and domestic economic situation in 2022, and comprehensively expounds the progress and effectiveness of China's crackdown on infringement and counterfeiting in 2022 from seven aspects: optimizing top-level design, improving laws and regulations, strengthening administrative law enforcement, paying attention to judicial protection, implementing pluralistic governance, strengthening publicity and guidance, and deepening international cooperation. The report, released in both Chinese and English, has enhanced the international community's understanding of China's intellectual property protection work.

According to previous reports by CTOnews.com, the Consumer Network, the Consumer Protection Law Research Center of the University of International Business and Economics, and the big data Research Institute of Sunshine consumption in Beijing recently released the "Public opinion Analysis report on the Protection of consumption Rights with goods". The report analyzes the public opinion data of 14 anchors who live with goods, and the results show that Crazy Brother Yang, Li Jiaqi, Liu Xiehong, Luo Yonghao and Simba account for more than 90% of the relevant public opinion, among which Crazy Young Yang and Li Jiaqi have the most false propaganda problems, and Liu Zhenhong, Luo Yonghao and Simba have the most product quality problems.
