This piece of land is facing the headquarters of JD.com Group, and there are concentrated industries around it, including Xiaomi, BOE and other large companies. This is a comprehensive piece of land with a building control scale of 194600 square meters, of which the residential area is about 50,000 square meters, and the proportion of apartments with an area of no more than 90 square meters needs to reach 70 per cent. Many industry insiders speculate that JD.com 's move may be to build housing for workers.
