The Technology Accessible Development Conference (TADC) is an annual summit event for the barrier-free industry organized by the Information Accessibility Research Association, dedicated to focusing on industry development, technological innovation, achievement sharing, trend discussion and other multi-dimensional trends, promoting integration and exchange in the barrier-free field, technological innovation and change, promoting the construction and vigorous development of barrier-free environment in China, and linking top and cutting-edge resources for all parties in the industry.

Previous TADC brought together leaders of ministries and commissions, senior executives of enterprises, barrier-free experts and scholars at home and abroad from departments at all levels, hundreds of Internet technology enterprises and relevant institutions, as well as elites from all walks of life concerned about the barrier-free development of science and technology to share advanced barrier-free practical experience, technology or research achievements of Internet head enterprises, gradually becoming the most eye-catching annual industry event in the barrier-free field.

In 2018, the first TADC was held in Beijing and has been successfully held for four times. On May 29, 2023, the fifth TADC will be held soon.

We have gained many surprises and achievements: the first barrier-free draft law was published, the 14th Five-Year Plan continued to promote the construction of barrier-free environment, the Marrakesh Treaty was formally implemented, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's special actions for aging and barrier-free transformation of Internet products achieved initial results, etc. With the continuous improvement of policies, the rapid development of technology and the high attention of all sectors of society, barrier-free has gradually covered all aspects of our lives.

In order to accelerate the process of legislation on barrier-free environment construction, the Information Accessibility Research Association will, under the guidance of the Office for Promoting Barrier-free Environment Construction of the China Disabled Persons 'Federation, cooperate with the think tank for barrier-free environment construction, organize the activity of "Lecture 5 on the Rule of Law in Barrier-free Environment," invite leaders of relevant government units, senior officials of well-known enterprises, experts in barrier-free fields at home and abroad, and partners from all walks of life concerned about the barrier-free development of science and technology to gather together to witness and discuss the present and future of barrier-free environment.

Based on the common concern of the whole industry on the issues of "full scene accessibility,""digital inclusion" and "integrated employment" and the implementation of actions, as a representative and influential annual industry event in the field of accessibility, the 2023 Science and Technology Barrier-free Development Conference will also be combined with the "barrier-free environment rule of law lecture hall" and will take "no obstacles to all scenes, towards a new journey" as the theme. Through discussion on barrier-free related issues, more scenes will be explored and barrier-free solutions will be innovated. In this way, we will promote the construction of barrier-free environment in China and help the elderly and disabled better integrate into society.
