BLUE SKY LAB is a sustainable fashion brand under NIO Life, which uses the remaining gauge-grade fabrics in automobile manufacturing as the core material to create a series of fashion items. BLUE SKY LAB partnered with Intertek, a testing agency, in 2023 to measure the carbon footprints of three star products: per unit carbon footprint was 18 per cent lower than that produced using the same type of traditional raw materials. BLUE SKY LAB has also partnered with global universities and brands, including Parsons, Allbirds and Li Ning, and has received honorary awards such as the IF Design Design Award and the Red Dot Red Dot Product Award.
