For a long time, due to the high construction cost of customized invoicing system, the limited management expenses of public welfare organizations, and the lack of digital talents, most public welfare organizations are still using the traditional manual invoicing, which not only consumes manpower, but also makes donors wait for too long, affecting the donation experience.

The so-called "public welfare electronic bill service" means that when caring people complete the donation, they can apply for the donation ticket on the donation page, the system will issue the bill automatically, and the donor can receive the electronic donation ticket in the form of text messages and e-mails. This system can effectively reduce the labor cost of donation bills issued by public welfare organizations and improve financial efficiency. After completing the donation, the donor can easily obtain the corresponding bills, keep abreast of the donation situation and get a better donation experience. It is understood that the byte jump public welfare electronic bill service was launched in February this year, and applications are open to public welfare organizations with public fund-raising qualifications. Public welfare organizations such as the China Social Assistance Foundation, the China audiology Development Foundation and the Beijing New Sunshine Charity Foundation have applied to use the service.

It is understood that the China Social Assistance Foundation launched the public welfare electronic bill system in March this year. According to the person in charge, the foundation issued more than 10,000 votes in 2022, and electronic invoicing can save 0.5 financial manpower costs. In addition, in terms of fund-raising, with the further increase in the proportion of online fund-raising of the foundation, it can continue to improve financial efficiency and save expenses.

The two sides will also provide free public cloud services to public welfare organizations for organizing websites, management system construction, mobile application construction, big data handling storage and other related work. Apply cloud foundation, big data, intelligent applications and other advanced technologies to the field of public welfare. The project has been officially launched and applications are open to public welfare organizations.

Prior to this, Byte Jump Public Welfare also jointly donated Flying Book's "Office and OKR" services for public welfare organizations to help public welfare organizations to open up business processes and improve collaborative efficiency and digital level. Ningxia Youth Public Welfare practice Center, Beijing Sany Public Welfare Foundation, Yunnan Lianxin Community Public Welfare Foundation and other public welfare organizations have launched the service.
