CTOnews.com April 21 news, the main privacy protection Proton following the security mail, calendar, recently announced its involvement in the password manager field, launched an end-to-end encryption password manager called Proton Pass.

Proton says Proton Pass has the advantage of enabling end-to-end encryption of all fields, including usernames and URLs, compared to other mainstream password managers.

Proton Pass uses strong bcrypt password hashing, using Secure Remote Passwords (SRPs) to strengthen authentication. Proton Pass is also one of the first password managers to fully integrate the two-factor authenticator (2FA) and support 2FA auto-population.
