Gan Bin, vice president and chief marketing officer of Huawei Wireless product line, said that 5.5G is about to come out, which will bring new breakthroughs and progress to the mobile network and bring more possibilities to the future smart life and digital economy. First of all, as the industry chain and business scenarios are ready, the network experience has changed from 1.0 marked by "ubiquitous gigabit" to a 2.0 stage marked by 5.5G "downlink 10 gigabit + uplink gigabit + deterministic experience". The construction of 10 Gigabit experience layer + deterministic experience layer will bring about the upgrade of the network construction mode, and the super bandwidth spectrum + full band moving towards ELAA-MM is the core of efficient network construction. Secondly, the acceleration of hundreds of billions of things has become a reality, from the high-speed and high-value connection (5G NR) of IoT 1.0 to the full scene of IoT 2.0, so as to realize the extensive connection of full scene, whole process and all elements in various industries. Among them, the RedCap industry is mature and opens a new journey for the large-scale commercial use of hundreds of billions of IoT; the whole industry chain of Passive IoT is accelerating to create a full scene connection base to help the construction of the "fully connected factory"; and the integration of communication and perception will provide beyond the traditional connection and open up new businesses for operators.

Academician Wu Hequan believes that the 5.5G cycle is located between 5G / 6G. In view of the unreleased commercial potential of 5G, we will continue to develop and release the potential of 5G network for industry and new applications such as VR / AR after 2025, while exploring the way for 6G innovation to generate greater social and economic value.

As the world's largest 5G operator, Ding Haiyu, vice president of China Mobile Group Research Institute, also gave an answer on how to help 5G-An accelerate commercial use. Dean Ding said that China Mobile has actively promoted the double-chain integration of technology chain and innovation chain around the three major directions of excellent network, smart simplicity, low-carbon and high efficiency, and remarkable progress has been made in 5G-A technology and industry. It is reported that China Mobile is actively building a collaborative innovation base, building special laboratories for 5G-A, 5G + industries and other fields, creating an open and shared environment for new technology / product research and development, testing and demonstration, and jointly promoting the mature commercial use of 5G-A with industrial partners.

During the meeting, Zhou Mingli, director of the global ecological supply chain of Haier clothing Network, Sun Xuejun, deputy general manager of Zhenxiang Technology, and Li Zhenbiao, CEO of Zhihui Core Union, also made keynote speeches on 5.5G key technologies to help experience upgrading and accelerate the maturity of the industrial chain. Zhou Mingli said that the 5.5G Internet of things technology enables the manufacturing industry to realize the digital management of the product life cycle through technological innovation. Sun Xuejun also expressed her views on the vigorous development of immersive display terminals. She believes that the high resolution and ultra-multi-point of view of light field technology, combined with 5.5G uplink and downlink ultra-wideband and deterministic delay, bring users the best 3D business experience. Li Zhenbiao believes that 5G-A passive chip technology and terminal industry chain are becoming more and more mature, with the mass production and commercial promotion of passive terminals, it is bound to release more commercial scenarios.

After completing the accelerated development of triple jump for 3 years, 5.5G has entered a new stage of integration of manufacturers and businessmen. Facing the future, all parties in the industry will continue to work together to accelerate the implementation of 5.5G.
