Fake chemical fertilizer

False and illegal advertisements for "magic doctor" and "magic medicine"

Production and sales of inferior gas appliances

Illegal production and use of small boilers and unregistered elevators

Use unfair format terms to infringe upon consumers' rights and interests

Fake well-known brands and "celebrity" and "hitchhiking" behavior.

CTOnews.com Note: brushing order speculation letter is a concept of the Internet industry, and it is also a behavior that some unscrupulous sellers look for "brushing hands" to carry out false transactions in order to attract consumers' attention and obtain more trading opportunities, so as to improve commodity sales, users' favorable comments and store reputation in an improper way. The General Administration of Market Supervision stressed that at present, there is a behavior of "brushing orders and speculating letters" in many fields, showing the characteristics of organization, scale, professionalization, concealment and so on.

In 2022, the General Administration of Market Supervision deployed special law enforcement actions against unfair competition throughout the country to strictly investigate and deal with unfair competition practices such as "brushing orders and speculating letters." In the whole year, market supervision departments at all levels throughout the country investigated and dealt with 9069 cases of unfair competition of various kinds, with a confiscation amount of 620 million yuan. Among them, there were 738 cases of brushing and speculation, with a forfeiture of about 48.68 million yuan.

According to the General Administration of Market Supervision, in 2022, market regulators across the country investigated and dealt with a total of 206000 illegal cases in the field of people's livelihood and transferred 3554 cases to public security organs.

In terms of the types of cases, the number of cases of false illegal advertising, such as "bottomless marketing", "magic medicine", and "magic medicine" to minors, and false propaganda in the field of medical beauty ranked in the top three, reaching more than 14000, more than 6500, and more than 4600 respectively. The strict investigation and handling of these cases has created a good environment for the healthy growth of minors and protected the "money bag" of the elderly.
