Ean New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of GAC, chose CICC and Huatai Securities to arrange the listing of Science and Technology Innovation Board, according to Reuters' IFR. According to people familiar with the matter, GAC Ian may submit its listing application materials to the relevant departments at the end of June this year.
