Access your files from anywhere-access your files anytime, anywhere

Through these notifications, Microsoft recommends local users to sign in to Microsoft accounts to attract users to services such as OneDrive and Microsoft 365.

Currently, users can turn off these recommendations, open the settings application, access the "start" directory, and uncheck "Show account-related notifications" (display account-related notifications).
