CTOnews.com, April 19 (Xinhua)-- developer Sam Chiet has recently developed a MOD for Microsoft drawing (Microsoft Paint) that allows it to make motion pictures and export them to GIF format.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that Sam Chiet is good at messing with all kinds of software, had notepad apps run DOOM games last year, and launched the Desktop Goose app inspired by Untitled Goose Game.

At present, this function is still relatively crude, only allows users to create graffiti frame by frame in the Microsoft drawing tool, and then generate motion pictures in a separate window, which can be played and paused. The created motion pictures can be exported in GIF format.
