Among them, Flying Pig, which focuses on tourism business, is assigned to the "N" under the new organizational structure and becomes a business company independent of the six major business groups. Becoming an "N" means Flying Pig can have a board of directors, appoint CEO, and even obtain external financing and listing, leading to a more independent development path.

In addition, Taobao Tmall Commercial Group has entered into formal operation in accordance with the new organizational structure. Its core e-commerce business sets up three major industry development departments according to the value the industry provides to consumers, which are responsible for by Qigong, Owen and Yiman, respectively, and report to CEO Dysan. With the integration of customer service, technology, manpower, finance and other former Taiwan team of Alibaba Group, Taobao Tmall Group has a complete and independent system of personnel and financial affairs, realizing the comprehensive and independent operation and management of Tmall Group of Taobao.
