CTOnews.com learned that in the past three years, JD.com 's cross-border import consumption transaction volume has increased by 64%, and the number of cross-border imported shopping users has increased by nearly 30%. Among the cross-border imported goods, alcohol, food and beverages, and household appliances are more popular among first-and second-tier consumers, while consumers in the sinking market prefer makeup and skin care, watch glasses, and maternal and infant products. Among them, nutrition and health care, mother and child, makeup and skin care, 3C categories and pharmaceutical categories accounted for the proportion of TOP5, while the turnover of 3C category, personal care, household appliances, alcohol and cosmetic skin care products increased faster than the same period last year.

Among the cross-border import consumption turnover in 2022, female users accounted for 55% of the cross-border import consumption volume, and the post-80s and post-90s still occupied the mainstream consumption position, and young women became the main force of cross-border import consumption.
