You can see from the picture that the tablet is equipped with a special physical button to control privacy.

Google's Pixel Tablet tablet can double as Smart Display. Smart Display is basically equipped with buttons to control privacy. When the privacy button is enabled, sensors such as the microphone will be turned off.

The tablet device, known as the GTU8P, has previously appeared in FCC and UL Solutions databases to reveal more details. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and UWB functions are mentioned in FCC certification. Google will also launch a Nest Hub Max-like docking station for the tablet, which will be magnetically connected and fixed to the Pixel tablet and recharged through four pogo-pin contact points.
