The electricity prices of self-built piles and public construction piles that apply for independent installation in residential areas shall be subject to the average electricity price of residents. If the parking space is built on leased property rights, the lease certificate of the parking space valid for more than one year (including), the materials agreed to by the property owner and the stamped receipt notified in writing by the self-built pile shall be provided.
