Build 22624.1610 = new features are introduced.

Build 22621.1610 = New features are turned off by default.

Improved settings in Build 22624.1610:

Introduce new presence sensor privacy settings and API. If the device has compatible presence sensors (presence sensor), it will now be possible to manage privacy and block / allow certain applications to access these sensors.

Microsoft promises not to collect any images or metadata, and all processing is done locally on the device hardware to maximize privacy. If the device supports it, users can find these settings under Settings > Privacy and Security > presence Sensing.

Improved settings in Build 22621.1610 and Build 22624.1610:

A toggle switch has been added under Settings > Windows updates to "get the latest updates as soon as possible". This new switch is designed for Beta channels to allow preview experience members to switch more seamlessly to support packs.

Insiders who use Build 22621 in the Beta channel and turn on this feature will be updated to Build 22624 through the support pack. Beta Channel insiders have opened it on Build 22624 and will see "Windows configuration updates" provided through Windows Update, designed to help Microsoft ensure that this new switch is properly connected to the back-end service.

Repair routine in Build 22624.1610:

Fixed a potential issue that caused some insiders to significantly increase explorer.exe crashes in the previous version.

Fix this update in Build 22621.1610 and Build 22624.1610 to resolve compatibility issues. This problem occurs because the use of the registry is not supported.

Known problem taskbar search:

If you have a Bing button in the search box on the taskbar and restart your computer, users may see daily rotation of searches highlighted for some time before resuming the Bing button.

File Explorer:

Insiders with access keys in File Explorer are affected and Shift + right-click on a file or folder cannot open Show more options.

Real-time subtitles:

On ARM64 devices, if users switch languages in the real-time subtitle language menu, enhanced speech recognition support installed through the language and locale pages will need to restart real-time subtitles.

Due to problems affecting registry data retrieval, real-time subtitles will crash when starting for the first time. New fixes are expected soon.

Some languages displayed on the language and locale pages will indicate speech recognition support (for example, Korean), but real-time subtitles are not yet supported.

When you add a language through the language and region settings page, the progress of the installation of language features may be hidden, and users may not see the installation of enhanced speech recognition (required for real-time subtitles) complete.

Subtitle performance may decrease in non-English languages, and there is a lack of out-of-language filtering in non-English (American) languages, which means incorrect subtitles will be displayed for non-subtitle languages.
