From the level of instruction set, RISC-V is one of the three main CPU instruction sets in the world, with fast ecological development and large market space. The characteristics of RISC-V, such as open source, simplification, easy to implement and strong expansibility, complement each other with the distributed operation mode of OpenHarmony multi-terminal cooperation and flexible deployment.

Runkaihong is the initial member unit and core co-construction unit of OpenHarmony. It has long taken the ecological construction of OpenHarmony as its own responsibility, especially in the southward ecological co-construction. As the group leader of three SIG, he took the lead in formulating the OpenHarmony chip adaptation standard and the OpenHarmony chip adaptation planning roadmap, jointly developing the southward ecology of OpenHarmony, and providing technical support for ecological enterprises in all aspects of hardware development. At the same time, Runkaihong has completed 12 chip adaptations for three mainstream architectures, including RISC-V.

At the launch of "OpenHarmony Standard system platform based on High performance RISC-V Chip" held in January 2023, Runkaihong released DAYU800, an OpenHarmony standard system development platform based on Pingtou SoC prototype Shadow 1520, which now supports mass delivery.

Run Kaihong has started the research and development of HihopeOS, a software distribution based on RISC-V instruction set architecture, and will promote a northward breakthrough on the basis of software and hardware base, and plans to launch edge gateways, cloud desktop terminals, office tablets and other products and solutions based on the combined version of RISC-V and OpenHarmony in June 2023.

HH-SCDAYU800 development kit is an OpenHarmony intelligent hardware launched by Runhe Software. Based on the integration of 4-core high-performance RISC-V processor Xuan tie C910, Pingtou Shao 1520 Tera Operations Per Second AI Computing Power 4TOPs (CTOnews.com Note: full name Tera Operations Per Second, processor computing power unit), equipped with Runkaihong HiHopeOS operating system, supports OpenHarmony standard system.
