The new product uses dual LCD panels independently developed by Sony, with excellent anti-reflection effect, with advanced signal processing technology, support 4000cd / m ²peak brightness, can achieve purer black reduction, and can fully meet the stringent display and color correction needs of on-site monitoring and post-production process. (4000cd / m ²peak luminance D65 (x, y = 0.3127, 0.329) is typical and cannot be fully guaranteed. Automatic luminance limit may be activated in some cases)

TRIMASTER HX series monitors focus on accurate color restoration, stable and smooth picture presentation and high-precision imaging, on the basis of which BVM-HX3110 uses a high-brightness LCD panel with excellent anti-reflection effect and introduces a new optional fast pixel response mode to reduce motion blur. In addition, the wider visual angle of the monitor and the advanced SMPTE ST2110 signal standard IP interface further improve the Sony Networked Live networked production and broadcast solution. The previously released BVM-HX310 can still be used as a matching model for BVM-HX3110, providing consistent color restoration, gamma curves and operations. The newly added IP interface on BVM-HX3110 also further improves the flexibility of creation, together with other more functions, to help content creators achieve the need for accurate matching and presentation of creative images.

Optional fast pixel response mode to reduce motion blur BVM-HX3110 as the flagship benchmark monitor, while providing waveform monitor / vector oscilloscope (WF / VS), pseudocolor, focus assistance, hidden subtitles, 3D LUT processing, quad screen and double-sided display modes. In addition to fast pixel response mode, there are more optional features, such as support for JPEG-XS and simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), as well as support for HDR / SDR conversion and user 3D LUT signal output.

The SMPTE ST2110 signal standard IP interface BVM-HX3110 uses the same color gamut as other professional Sony monitors and works seamlessly with a variety of monitors, such as the BVM-HX310, PVM-X and LMD-A series monitors, including the just released wide gamut 18.4in HD HDR monitor LMD-A180. The Sony 4K HDR flagship benchmark monitor BVM-HX3110 prototype will be on display at the NAB Show 2023 Sony # C8101 booth at the Las Vegas Convention Center from April 16 to 19. It is expected to go on sale in November 2023; the high-definition HDR monitor LMD-A180 is scheduled to go on sale in the fall of 2023.
