CTOnews.com According to an update shared by AMD senior chip design engineer Md Zaheer, Zen 6 CPUs will be based on 2nm process nodes.

CTOnews.com Note: AMD has never mentioned Zen 6 in official promotional materials, and the latest roadmap was released in June 2022, indicating that Zen 5 will be launched in 2024. So we're still waiting a long time to see Zen 6.

According to Zaheer dynamic content, the Zen 6 core is internally code-named Morpheus, but no CCD (Core Complex Die) code information is shared.

The Zen 6 chip reportedly uses a 2nm manufacturing process. Since it is still far from release, it is currently impossible to confirm the use of TSMC or Samsung to mass-produce CCD.
