Among the top 10 platforms in order compliance rate, Ruqi Travel, Hengdao Travel, Wanshun Taxi, Caihua Travel, T3 Travel, Cao Cao Travel, DiDi, Sunshine Travel, Meituan Taxi, and Huazhu Travel are the highest to the lowest according to the order compliance rate. The top three order compliance rates this month were Ruqi Travel, Huazhu Travel and DiDi, followed by Cao Cao Travel (- 2.8%), Caihua Travel (- 3.3%) and Sunshine Travel (- 9.3%).

Among them, the platform for passengers and providing services jointly with ride-hailing platform companies (commonly known as "aggregation platform") completed 19.7 million units, up 16.9% from the previous month. According to the order compliance rate from high to low are DiDi, Meituan taxi, Gaode taxi, Hua Xiaozhu travel, Baidu taxi, Ctrip car, Tencent travel.

Among them, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Haikou, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Lanzhou, Chongqing, Tianjin, Fuzhou, Guiyang, Hefei, Nanchang, Qingdao, Taiyuan, Hohhot and other 17 cities have order compliance rates of more than 80%.
