Today, TSMC responded to the United Daily News that the process technology and schedule of the Kaohsiung plant depend on customer demand and market trends, and are currently in a period of silence before the legal person briefing, and will clearly explain the overall market situation at the legal presentation meeting on April 20. Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Qimai said this morning that he respects the progress of TSMC's construction of the plant and will actively provide assistance.

The 3nm process originally aimed to produce 60,000 to 70,000 pieces per month in the middle of this year, but now it has a monthly production capacity of about 40,000 pieces, which may reach more than 50,000 pieces in the second half of the year.
