CTOnews.com April 11 news, CTOnews.com found from Sony CMOS official website, Sony has released two full-picture CMOS image sensors, models are IMX366 and IMX455.

The parameters page shows that IMX455 is a 64MP sensor with effective pixels of 6117 megapixels (9568 × 6380) and supports 3.9 FPS (16bit) or 9.98 FPS (14bit) photography, as well as 8K30P (12bit) and 4K60P (12bit) video shooting.

The IMX366 is a 44MP sensor with effective pixels of 4472 megapixels (8192 × 5460) and supports 26.15 FPS (14bit) photography and DCI 8K60P (12bit) video shooting.

Both products can be used for public version of non-custom CMOS cameras, Sony stressed that it can only be used for consumer digital cameras and cameras. It is expected that Nikon, Pentax and other full-picture flagship products are expected to be used.
