According to reports, in recent years, Shenzhen has increased its support for the development of open source Hongmeng industry and personnel training. Shenzhen Information is an institution built by the National double High Program, whose engineering science disciplines rank in the top 1 per cent of the world, according to the latest ESI data. This time, Shen Kaihong and Shenzhen Information established the "Open Source Hongmeng Institute of Advanced Engineers", which focuses on training open source Hongmeng technical personnel and providing technical guidance support and talent training reserve for open source Hongmeng ecology.

Wang Chenglu points out that Shen Kaihong and Shen Information jointly set up the "Open Source Hongmeng Institute of Advanced Engineers," which aims to train a group of core talents who understand basic software and can really develop basic software.

Shen Kaihong also joined hands with Beijing Institute of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen University of Technology, Shenzhen Institute of Information Vocational Technology and other universities to build open source Hongmeng characteristic classes, joint laboratories, teacher training, knowledge transfer empowerment, and so on.
