On Thursday, entrepreneur and programmer William William LeGate tweeted a picture of the "w" hidden in the sign of the Twitter company. In his tweet, he satirized Musk's behavior: "Elon Musk has removed the w from the Twitter logo outside San Francisco, which shows that he is very mature."

SRI Nine Market Square LLC, the landlord of Twitter's San Francisco headquarters, did not respond to why Musk did not accept Musk's initial move to change the Twitter logo, nor did he say whether to allow the logo to be repainted.

Several major changes have been made to the company's San Francisco headquarters since Musk took over. In January, he tried to sell hundreds of things in his office building to increase Twitter revenue, including kitchen utensils, Twitter sculptures, office furniture and green plants in the office.

Musk has long been at odds with the landlord of Twitter's headquarters building, and it is just one example of how Twitter changed its logo.
