CTOnews.com, April 10, according to the release of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, China's first new generation of manned carrier rocket Batong accumulator recently successfully passed cold shock test and 1.4mpa (CTOnews.com note: pressure unit, 1MPa=1000000Pa) hydraulic test, indicating that the 211th factory of the first hospital of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation has successfully broken through and mastered the key technology of Batong accumulator development and achieved major phased results.

China's new generation of manned carrier rocket "long March 10" core stage plans to deploy seven engines within 5 meters of arrow diameter. Batong accumulator is a key component of the general-purpose core first-stage oxygen conveying system of the new generation of manned launch vehicle, which is used for the first time in China because of its new structure, large diameter, dense welds and bad service conditions.

After two years, the structure and overall technical scheme of the product have been systematically optimized and demonstrated by 211 factory and one department and two rooms of one hospital. Advanced automatic manufacturing technologies represented by liquid-filled drawing forming of upper and lower spheres, friction stir welding, electron beam welding and unsupported suspension welding have been fully applied to greatly improve the overall welding quality and performance of the products.

In the follow-up, on the basis of the development of the first product, the 211 factory of the first hospital will complete the summary, optimization and improvement of process technology, development process and tooling equipment as soon as possible, so as to better prepare for the development of follow-up static parts, power test parts and other products.
