In the first quarter, the national railway delivered a total of 970 million tons of goods, an increase of 2.3 percent over the same period last year, with an average daily loading of 179600 vehicles, an increase of 3.1 percent over the same period last year. The national railway sent 537 million tons of coal, an increase of 3.4 percent over the same period last year, including 398 million tons of thermal coal, an increase of 13 percent over the same period last year.
