CTOnews.com April 8 news, OPPO Guangdong Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. applied for a "foldable display screen and electronic equipment" patent recently announced.

CTOnews.com inquired with the State intellectual property Office that the patent applied for by OPPO disclosed a foldable display screen, including the main body of the display screen, the display support film and the supporting film.

The main body of the display screen includes a first bendable area, the display screen support sheet is at least provided with a first bendable area for supporting the first bendable area, and the display screen support sheet includes an inner bending area, a transition area and an outer bending area; the supporting film is stacked between the main body of the display screen and the display screen supporting film, and the supporting film includes a second bendable area covering the first bendable area, and the second bending area is provided with a stress release space. The inner bending area covers the bending middle of the second bendable zone, the transition zone is located between the inner bending zone and the outer bending zone, and the bending stiffness of the transition zone is between the first anti-bending stiffness of the inner bending zone and the second anti-bending stiffness of the outer bending zone. The stress release space is used to release the stress during the deformation of the second bending zone. The application also provides an electronic device.

The application can avoid the impression of the foldable display screen due to multiple folds.
