Microsoft explicitly mentions "Moment 3" in the official support document entitled "generating WiFiCx drivers for multiple Windows versions", which is attached to CTOnews.com as follows:

To load WiFiCx-based drivers on Windows 11 versions of 21H2 and 22H2, the NetAdapterCx version must be forced to 2.2.

To load WiFiCx-based drivers on Windows 11 22H2, Moment 3, and later, the NetAdapterCx version must be forced to 2.2 + (or use the latest version).

The source said that Microsoft is expected to complete the Win11 Moment 3 update in the next few weeks, and it is expected that it will re-display the number of seconds for the taskbar system tray and add "Access Keys" to the file manager right-click menu.
