Thanks to CTOnews.com netizen South China Wu Yanzu for the clue delivery! CTOnews.com addition to the Galaxy Tab S9 flagship tablet series, Samsung appears to be developing a new Fan Edition tablet for 2023. Samsung is developing two Fan Edition tablets that use the same Exynos chip.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9Geekbench ran on the website with a Samsung tablet model SM-X516B, thought to be the Galaxy Tab S9 FE. Later, another tablet appeared as the SM-X616B model.

Given that the high-end Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9+ and Tab S9 Ultra models include the SM-X716, SM-X816 and SM-X916, it's reasonable to assume that the newly discovered SM-X516B and SM-X616B are weaker models of the Tab S9 flagship tablet and are expected to be FE versions.

On the website, these two mysterious tablets have at least one thing in common with the Galaxy A54 5G, both using Exynos 1380 chip,"s5e8835" motherboard and "energy_ware" governor confirmed these.

CTOnews.com Note: Exynos 1380 chip has four Cortex-A78 CPU cores clocked at 2.4GHz, four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz, and Mali-G68 MP5 graphics chip.

The SM-X516B tablet is expected to be a smaller Galaxy Tab S9 FE variant with a lower price tag and 6GB of memory, while the SM-X616B is likely to have a larger display and a higher price tag with 8GB of memory. Preinstalled to run Android 13.
