Lu Xiaotong, project manager of China Construction Technology Shenzhen Pingshan New Energy Automobile Industry Park, said that the skyscraper factory is actually upstream and downstream, and the first three floors are built so high to meet the needs of the above enterprises, that is, the production of upstream enterprises and test packaging.

The building has a total height of nearly 100 meters and a total of 17 storeys. In order to facilitate enterprises to carry out production in skyscraper factories, the building is equipped with three-dimensional freight channels, and large trucks can be driven directly to the third floor for transportation, loading and unloading. In addition, the cargo elevator of the skyscraper factory has a deadweight of five tons, allowing light trucks to come in and go straight up and down the stairs.

The skyscraper factory covers an area of 107800 square meters and will provide 321000 square meters of high-quality industrial space when completed. In addition, the project also uses a fully assembled intelligent construction system to standardize and modularize all building materials and complete on-site assembly by "building blocks".
