Strengthening the integration of advanced technologies and standards of integrated circuits and promoting high-tech innovation with high standards will help to continuously optimize and improve the industrial structure and guide the healthy development of industrial ecology.

The meeting stressed that the IC Standardization Committee should fully implement the "National Standardization Development Program," strengthen organizational construction, and establish and improve the working system. Speed up the construction of an integrated circuit standard system that keeps pace with the times, enhance effective communication in the upper, middle and lower reaches of the industrial chain, support enterprises to deeply participate in global industrial division of labor and cooperation and the formulation of international standards, and promote the implementation and application of standards. Focus on the urgent needs of the development of the integrated circuit industry, strengthen overall planning, strengthen the coordinated development of domestic and foreign standards, and create a standardization system covering the whole industry chain. Extensively mobilize all links of the industrial chain to participate in the standardization work, speed up the formulation of standards in the core key areas of integrated circuits, and build a solid foundation for industrial development.

The meeting announced the list of members of the IC Standardization Committee, examined and adopted the constitution of the IC Standardization Committee, and discussed the integrated circuit standards system and the annual work plan. Responsible persons of relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the General Administration of Market Supervision, and more than 70 representatives of members of the Integrated Circuit Standardization Committee and the expert Advisory Committee attended the meeting.

In November last year, the General Administration of Market Supervision (SAC) approved the establishment of the National Integrated Circuit Standardization Technical Committee. It was reported at that time that the technical committee was composed of 57 members, representatives of universities such as Tsinghua University and Peking University, representatives of integrated circuit industry-related enterprises such as Huawei and SMIC, as well as representatives of scientific research institutions, industry associations and downstream users.

The National Integrated Circuit Standardization Technical Committee will focus on the research and revision of national standards in the design, production and application of integrated circuit equipment, semiconductor integrated circuits, film integrated and hybrid film integrated circuits, microwave integrated circuits, circuit modules, integrated circuit chips and intellectual property modules (IP cores), integrated circuit microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and other products, so as to speed up the construction of integrated circuit standard system. Promote the development of integrated circuit industry.
