CTOnews.com learned from the report that Paul said that consumer-grade RTX 50 series graphics cards are designed with a single CPU chip (Monolithic die), while high-end HPC servers will use MCM.

Paul said the RTX 50 series is mass-produced by TSMC's 3nm process, which is tailored for Nvidia graphics cards. The new process improves the SM and optimizes the ultra-high-speed bus interconnection between SM, which can greatly improve the ray tracing / path tracing performance.

Paul says the RTX 50 Blackwell GPU will have GDDR7 memory, support PCIe Gen 5, and provide a clock rate higher than 3GHz in the game.
