According to the Announcement of Resolution of the First Meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors of Suning Easy Buy, the meeting deliberated and approved a series of proposals such as Proposal on Election of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, Proposal on Election of Members of Special Committees of the Eighth Board of Directors, Proposal on Appointment of President of the Company and Proposal on Appointment of Senior Management Personnel of the Company with 9 votes in favor, 0 votes against and 0 abstentions. CTOnews.com learned that Ren Jun was elected chairman and president of the company at the meeting. The Board of Directors appointed Hou Enlong as Senior Vice President of the Company, responsible for talent development and cadre management; appointed Lu Yao as Vice President of the Company, responsible for marketing management headquarters; appointed Zhou Bin as the financial director of the Company. At the same time, in the four business lines of products, channels, regions and services, a number of young cadres were appointed as senior executives of the business system.

According to the announcement content, each business department of Suning Easy Buy has changed from the original single-category operation management to scene-oriented comprehensive commodity operation and organization integration. Suning Easy Buy's 2022 annual performance forecast released in January this year shows that the company will continue to achieve EBITDA profits in four quarters of 2022 without considering non-operating cash flow-related factors, with an annual forecast of 1.52 billion yuan. During the reporting period, the Company achieved a significant reduction in operating losses, and it is estimated that the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies will be reduced by 73.42% to 78.04% year-on-year in 2022. The operating income of the Company in 2022 decreased by about 47.4% year-on-year, and the Company expects that the net profit loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies in 2022 will be CNY 9.5 - 11.5 billion.
