CTOnews.com, April 6 (Reuters)-Amazon will reduce employee equity incentives in 2025 due to uncertain economic conditions, an Amazon spokesman said in an email statement on April 5, local time.

At the same time, the spokesman said that the reduction in the number of RSU awards is not large and will only take effect for the last outlook year. However, an Amazon spokesman did not specify the deadline for the final outlook year in the statement.

Earlier, Business Insider reported that Amazon would re-evaluate its employee compensation structure in the first quarter of next year, reduce employee equity incentives and provide employees with more cash.
