According to the report, 80% of iPhone users will change their iPhone within 1-2 days after the above situation, and most of the interviewed users said they would do so on the same day. Only 6% of people are willing to wait more than a week before they can have a working iPhone.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that it will take a little longer for iPad and Mac to repair and buy new machines. 80 per cent of iPad users repair or buy new phones within a week, compared with 86 per cent of Mac device users.
